At Fusion of Hearts CIC, our support is shaped by lived experience and designed around the real needs of SEND families. We offer focused, relationship-led support pathways that centre advocacy, wellbeing, connection, and access, meeting families where they are and growing support over time.

One-to-one guidance, advocacy, and emotional support for parents and carers navigating the SEND system.

Inclusive workshops, peer support spaces, and community events for SEND families.

Awareness Talks & Training

SEND awareness talks and workshops for schools, organisations, and community groups, grounded in lived experience.

Additional resources and wellbeing support may be available to families already receiving support, based on needs and availability
