Fusion of Hearts CIC is a community-led organisation supporting families raising children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). We provide culturally responsive, compassionate support rooted in lived experience — because no family should walk this journey alone.

Our Story
Fusion of Hearts CIC was founded by parents who understand first-hand the challenges of the SEND journey. We created a safe, inclusive space for families who often feel unheard, unsupported, or isolated.
Our work is shaped by lived experience and driven by a belief that every family deserves access to the right support, without barriers or judgement.
