Founder & Director
Makaya is the founder and driving force behind Fusion of Hearts CIC. A parent, advocate, and community leader, she created the organisation to ensure families navigating the SEND journey receive culturally responsive, compassionate, and practical support. Makaya leads all strategy, partnerships, programmes, and community engagement — turning vision into action every day.

Digital Strategist & Senior Project Manager
Chantelle is a core pillar of Fusion of Hearts CIC, working closely alongside Makaya to bring projects, campaigns, and digital initiatives to life. With a strong background in strategy and project delivery, she plays a key role in shaping the organisation’s growth, visibility, and impact. Chantelle is instrumental in turning ideas into results.

Co-Founder
Julie co-founded Fusion of Hearts CIC alongside Makaya and continues to support the organisation’s mission and direction. Her role reflects the early foundations of the organisation and its commitment to community-led support.
