Join Fusion of Hearts CIC for a relaxed and supportive Care Hub: Resource Swap session.
This free event is designed for parents and carers of children and young people with SEND to come together, connect, and share.
There’s no need to register — just come along.
Bring along toys, books, or helpful resources you no longer need and swap with others, while enjoying a warm space for conversation, advice, and peer support.
Tea, coffee, and biscuits will be provided.
Whether you’re looking for guidance, connection, or simply a friendly environment, this session is here for you.
